I'm Mandar Kulkarni — a Salesforce architect with 15+ years of experience, now spending most of my time in the open source world with Spring Boot, gRPC, Project Reactor, and distributed systems.

This site is where I think out loud. I write about architecture, reactive programming, agentic systems, and the career decisions that come with being a technologist in a fast-moving industry.
